The old Peckhams unit in Merchant City is now under construction to become a brand new venue called Warehouse.
Located in the heart of the Merchant City's party district, Warehouse will bring a new bar and restaurant to the area.
Set to open from next month, the late night hub will be taking over the site at 65 Glassford Street.
Co-owner of Warehouse, Stephen Heggie, will also be bringing another new venue Bathtub and Co. to 104 Bath Street later this month.
Stephen said: "Drinks will be similar to Bathtub in that we will have a large spirits, craft beer and cocktail offering.
"Warehouse will have a larger wine offering but less on the gin front."
"There will be a synergy between Bathtub and Warehouse but you would need to be keen-eyed to notice it," he continued.
"Warehouse will have entirely its own identity but like Bathtub & Co we will have a live music offering most nights."
The unit will feature an L-shaped bar and an open plan kitchen.
Copper tones and light pastel colours will be used throughout, while there will be natural daylight coming from the large windows.
There will be an event space in the basement and the team are exploring the opportunity of replicating the cookery school which used to exist on the first floor at Peckhams.
"Our food menu will be transitional four times a day," said Stephen.
"We will have a good affordable breakfast menu which will evolve into a more high end brunch offering.
"Lunch and early evening turns into a more refined dinner offering while there will be a bites menu until late.
"We will bring an affordable quality to the area which thrives already with some great bars and restaurants and we are confident we can be unique enough to cause a real stir.
"The unit itself is profound and beautiful. Our offering needs to balance that completely."
Warehouse will be open seven days a week from 7.30am until late. The venue is expected to launch in late October.
