Charcoals, Athena Greek Taverna, Lychee Oriental Restaurant, The Hanoi Bike Shop and Aulds Bakery have scooped a host of top industry awards.
On Monday night the Crowne Plaza in Glasgow played host to the second annual Food Awards Scotland.
The classy black tie event acknowledged and celebrated the accomplishments, determination and hard work of various professionals, establishments and businesses from the Scottish food sector.
With over 350 attendees, the event brought together some of the most prominent and distinguished names in the Scottish food industry.
There were 26 awards handed out. The Glasgow winners are as follows:
Best Indian Establishment: Charcoals
Best Mediterranean Establishment: Athena Greek Taverna
Best Oriental Establishment: Lychee Oriental Restaurant
Best World Cuisine: The Hanoi Bike Shop
Bakery of the Year: Aulds
Apart from providing a platform for recognition of the talent and commercial success of various individuals and businesses, the Food Awards Scotland 2015 also supported an official charity partner, The Well Foundation.
Over £1400 was raised for the charity to help it achieve its aim of making a positive difference to the lives of deprived people across the globe by ensuring they have clean and safe drinking water to consume.
Irfan Younis of event organisers Creative Oceanic said: "The vast amount of nominations which were received from the public acknowledges that hard work doesn’t go unnoticed.
"We would like to congratulate all the winners and the finalists who had tough competition this year.
"The fantastic response allowed the ceremony to grow almost 100% this year and we hope the public and the nominees continue to support this hard working and thriving industry."
