Taking place from July 27 until August 2, there will be an eclectic collection of cult classics, retro comedies and Scottish favourites.
The event will even bring back the magic of mornings at the movies with family and child friendly programming from 10am.
Merchant City Movie Club-goers will also be able to eat food from the surrounding street food markets of the Merchant City Festival.
Cinema enthusiasts can enjoy hot and cold drinks served from the cafe bar and watch their favourite movies on the giant LED screen.

The SaddleSpan tent where the movie club is being hosted will provide space for around 600 people, half indoors and half outside, to accommodate for the temperamental Scottish climate.
The screenings are completely free for everyone and cinema-goers can bring their own deckchairs, bean bags and rugs for a comfortable viewing session.
Ricky Scoular, event organiser, said: "We are delighted to be bringing in free cinema screenings for people to enjoy of all ages.
"At the moment we are still confirming the full list of films but once complete I am confident that this event will be a highlight of the Merchant City Festival."
Organisers say there will be something for everyone at this years Merchant City Festival as Brunswick Street Live touches down for nine days between July 25 until August 2.
